1 oz. Hill’s Absinthe
1 oz. Lime Juice
2 tbs. Cane Sugar
4 oz. Tonic/Club Soda
2 Whole Mint Leaves
Crushed Ice
1. Combine all ingredients in a tall glass.
2. Shake
The Wilde Driver
1 ½ oz. Hill’s Absinthe
4 oz. Orange juice
Slice of orange
1. Combine Hill’s Absinthe and orange juice in a highball glass.
2. Stir with ice.
3. Garnish with a slice of orange.
The American Dream
1 ½ oz. Hill’s Absinthe
5 oz. Cola
Slice of orange
1. Combine the Hill’s Absinthe and cola in a Collins glass.
2. Stir with ice.

The Van Gogh
1 oz. Hill’s Absinthe
1 oz. Gin or Adam Strong Vodka
Twist of lemon
1. Combine the Hill’s Absinthe and vodka or gin in your favourite Martini shaker.
2. Shake, and pour into Martini glass.
3. Add a twist of lemon.

1 oz. Hill’s Absinthe
1 oz. Adam Strong Vodka
4 oz. 7-UP or Sprite

5 oz. Tonic
